We begin with a one-to-one consultation with our Director. In this session, we explore your aspirations and bring creative clarity to your project. You'll gain valuable insights into how your space can flow better, work harder, and elevate daily life — with design that's beautiful as well as practical.
We'll provide a tailored brief, design insights, and a provisional ballpark cost to guide your decision-making from the start.
Step 2 – Design Drawings & Visuals
See your future home take shape.
Once you've approved your proposal and secured your project with a deposit, we begin developing your concept in full. This includes 2D and 3D visuals, and a virtual walkthrough that lets you step inside your new space before a single brick is laid.
Every detail is crafted with care and precision, giving you the confidence to move forward, knowing your vision is in expert hands.
Design fees are included for clients who continue through to build.

With the design refined and agreed, we produce a fixed-price quotation. This ensures you can budget accurately with complete transparency, knowing your investment is protected — and there are no hidden surprises down the line.

Getting everything ready — the right way.
Our in-house team works closely with local building control and planning departments to ensure your project is fully compliant and properly approved.
From technical documentation to certifications and structural regulations, we handle every detail so you don't have to.
Clear communication and careful planning ensure a smooth path through the red tape.

Once approvals are in place, we confirm your build slot. We'll provide a clear three-week start window, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.

We believe your home should be something to celebrate — and, with your permission, we'll send a professional photographer to capture the finished result.
